My particular favorite is the Evason Hotel in Hua Hin in one of their Pool Villas. I stayed here last year and the hotels is simply beautiful and the pool villas are pretty special.

It was brilliant waking up to the sunshine and then straight into my own private pool for a dip before room service delivered the breakfast....bliss!
